Refund Policy

KFLN is dedicated to providing the highest quality products and services at the lowest cost. As such, we develop relationships with companies and service providers whom we believe meet these requirements and then offer their products or services to you, with little to no mark up.

We understand, though, that occasionally, there may be one or two people who are not fully satisfied with the products or services we offer. In the unlikely event this should happen, KFLN will make sure that things are set right within the licensing agreements we have with each of our product/service providers.

Professional credit restoration: this service is provided by Northwest Business Advisors, LLC. Refunds can only be obtained from NWBA and not KFLN. KFLN will provide all necessary information for obtaining your refund from NWBA upon your request.

MagicJack Internet Phone device: KFLN ONLY offers for sale the internet phone device and we do not provide the internet phone service. If you are having difficulty with the service you must contact magicJack through the means they provide. Typically this can be accomplished by visiting their site at www.magicjack.com or by clicking on the “visit magicJack website” button on the virtual phone terminal. KFLN cannot be held responsible for any service or hardware related issues that may arise through your use or misuse of the device. KFLN offers no warrantees on this device except as listed below. Please visit www.magicjack.com for additional warrantee information.

If a device you have purchased through KFLN is defective, you must return the device to KFLN for replacement or refund less shipping and handling fees within 30 days. After 30 days, the device can be returned for replacement only for up to 60 more days (90 days total). Refunds will be disbursed by check through the postal system upon KFLN’s receipt of the returned device. Replacement devices will normally be shipped within 48 hours after KFLN’s receipt of the returned device. If replacement device is on backorder, the replacement device will be shipped within 48 hours of KFLN’s receipt of the replacement device from magicJack.

If you have purchased a non-defective device through KFLN and decide that free local and long distance phone calls to the United States and Canada is not a service you wish to have, you may return the device to KFLN within 30 days for a full refund less shipping and handling charges. No questions asked. Refund will be disbursed by check through the postal system upon KFLN’s receipt of the returned device.

Motor Club of America membership: You may sign up for this service by clicking on the link provided. Karuna does not conduct billing for this service and offers no refund policy for this service. You must contact Motor Club of America for refunds or termination of membership. If you need assistance with this, Karuna will be happy to help you. Upon receiving written or verbal request to cancel your protection, we will immediately cancel all future payments. If you cancel before the fifth (5th) day of the month, and we have already received payment for that month, you will be given a full refund for that month’s service.
If you cancel your protection after the fifth (5th) day of the month we will immediately cancel all future payments. If we have already received payment for the month, no refund for that month’s payment will be offered after the fifth (5th) day of any given month. If we have not yet received payment for the month in which you cancel, we will NOT attempt to collect that month’s payment.

Annual payment clients: If you have paid for an annual protection plan and you decide to cancel, your payment will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. This means that you will receive a refund less $11.00 per month per paying member for the months you have enjoyed our superior protection. In addition, any costs incurred by Karuna for providing this service will also be deducted from your refund. Costs include, but are not necessarily limited to, insurance policies and credit report ordering fees.

This refund policy may be updated or amended at any time without prior notice. In the event the policy is updated or amended, reasonable attempts to notify clients of the change(s) will be undertaken. Possible reasons for amendments to the policy are: changes in policy by the product/service providers, changes in licensing agreements, changes in legislation, development of new business relationships, etc.

All refunds to customers will be made in U.S. Dollars. KFLN is not responsible for losses you may incur due to conversion into your local currency.

This constitutes the complete and total refund policy. No refunds will be made by KFLN under any circumstances other than as described above.
