Do I have to be a Veteran to get IDefender?
No. IDefender was originally designed with the Veteran's specific needs in mind and is so powerful a protection that we feel it is our duty to offer its superior protection to all Americans.
Is there any kind of guarantee like some other services?
Services that offer things like million dollar guarantees are using those guarantees as a gimmick. We do not need to entice you with gimmicks. IDefender's protection is so powerful, it needs no gimmicks to entice one into using it.
Is there any kind of insurance that IDefender offers?
IDefender is currently in negotiations with Farmer's Insurance Group to offer an identity theft insurance policy as part of our protection package. This insurance policy, when added, will not incur any additional costs to IDefender clients.
What do I do if my identity is stolen while a client of IDefender?
This is unlikely to happen. However, there is no such thing as 100% protection. For instance, you might still lose your credit cards or debit cards or wallet. If this happens, you can contact KFLN and we will assist you in resolving the issue quickly and as painlessly as possible. Rest assured, unless you do something like lose your wallet, it is very unlikely that your identity will be stolen while a client of IDefender.
Why is IDefender free to Veterans and not the civilian sector?
It is our way of saying "Thank you" to our fighting men and women. IDefender is a part of Karuna Financial Logistics Network, LLC, a Veteran owned and Veteran friendly company. IDefender was originally designed to protect Veterans and was always intended to be offered free to them. Karuna is developing plans for certain civilian sector services such as Law Enforcement, Firefighters, Paramedics, Teachers, Federal employees, etc. We will update our site with the new plans as they are unveiled.
